Grace's room

The room is cozy and has good light. You will have access to a shared bathroom. The house is spacious, has a huge back yard and we have a washer and dryer. The living room and dining room are furnished. The location is great. We are within walking distance from Austin Bouldering Project, Flitch Coffee, OMG Squee, and Austin East Ciders. HEB, a library, and lots of cute restaurants are nearby. Riverside and downtown Austin are a short drive/bicycle ride away. Bonus - our power did not go out during the storm this winter.

There would be two housemates and Hank, a very cute small dog. We are all pretty quiet and enjoy cooking and chatting in the backyard. There is a garden space in the large backyard and outdoor seating. Ideally, we are looking for someone tidy, considerate, and has experience with a shared living space.
