Barton Skyway

I am moving to a new city and need someone to take over my half of our lease. You would be living with Sam my roommate and the lease will have 9 months remaining in July. Sam has been a great roommate and the location of this apartment is also great we are within walking distance of Zilker and a quick 5 minute drive from downtown. Sam has a dog but shes very sweet and has never been any trouble to us but it would be best if she was the only pet. The Apartment is 900 square ft rent is 1650 plus bills, my half of rent with bills tied in is 990 a month.

Sam is pretty laid back ive never had a problem with him as a roomate. he has a dog who is very sweet and she never has accidents in the house.
