One private room available now, located on the west side of Vacaville. Bathroom will be shared. Full kitchen privileges. Laundry in house. Internet, garbage, water and electricity are included for an additional $50. Parking on the street. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

We are a small family with one teenager. We are only home during the evenings and you’d have the front room mostly to yourself. We are looking for a roommate that will pay their rent on time, are clean, and respectful.
