Spectrum Center Dr

I am considering getting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at either the Park or the Village. Both are located near Irvine Spectrum and offer very spacious rooms for around $3,300 plus utilities.

I am 29, female, and an attorney in Irvine. I am clean, quiet, respectful as a housemate. I don’t party or smoke but do enjoy the occasional happy hour.

I am looking for female housemates, ideally similar age and stage of life. Also, ideally, I’d prefer someone who does not work from home. Lastly, my apologies but I do have some allergies, so no pets- as much as I love them.
