Renting out the master bedroom In my condo. The bedroom alone is VERY spacious and has a double sided closet with organizer built in. Located in a good neighborhood with great neighbors. Close to downtown Detroit/royal oak. Shared main bath upstairs which separates both rooms. Other room is occupied with a male roommate and will be the person you will be living with. Main floor has half bath. Living room with electric fireplace. Kitchen has gas stove. Fridge. Microwave. Dishwasher. Garbage disposal. Wall pantry and many cabinets. Kitchen has access to private enclosed deck with patio furniture to relax. Basement is partially finished with a washer and dryer. Deep freezer. Basement second living room/lounge area. Small gym with workout machines. Free weights, etc…

No pets due to allergies.

In person interview. Background check and a signed lease will need to be completed in order to receive house key for move in. First and last months rent plus security deposit due at move in.

Male roommate. Works just about everyday and is not home often. When he is home he stays in his room. He is quiet and respectful. Plays his video games. He is 420 friendly but does not smoke inside home as smoking is not allowed. Other male roommate just bought a house and will be moving out in late September.
