Hello! I am a Para Sped Instructional working at a High School while hoping to start working on my master’s degree. This home has two security cameras and is located in a safe neighborhood. You will have a private room with private connected bath with shower and soaking tub. The room features a large walk in closet, drawers, a small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and 32“ TV with Roku. You will have access to the entire living room and kitchen. There is a gas fireplace, and 70“ TV with surround sound. The front porch is the perfect place to watch the sunset in the evenings. The back concrete patio features a solo stove and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The house is on a fairly large lot that backs up to a green space with plenty of birds and bunnies at the bird feeder, and currently a family of Red Tail Hawks as well as an Osprey that circle above the trees behind the house. The back yard and front porch are both surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. I have a 7-year-old Labrador who is very friendly. There are many parks and trails within minutes of the house. Located 2 miles down the road is a QFC (Kroger), Starbucks, and Natural Grocers. 6 miles to a Walmart and Fred Meyer. This is a beautiful home located just 10 Minutes form historic downtown Camas, WA. There are many cute local shops and a farmers’ market on Wednesdays in the summer along with many fun community events all year long. The property is an hour and a half from Hood River just up the Gorge, famous for wind surfing, gliding and craft breweries. Take scenic highway 14 and enjoy the magnificent views of the Columbia River. Or head to the coast for whale watching at Depoe Bay in Oregon. located about 3 hours away. Stop along the way at one of the many wineries for wine tasting and lunch. I’m certain you will find your stay here very nice., whether you like to explore or just want oto hang out in a peaceful and beautiful location on your time off.
