Looking for 1 roommate/tenant for a house in the Roxborough/Manayunk area. The room being rented out has its own closet.

It’s a pretty modern townhouse with private rooms and shared bathrooms. The landlords are pretty laid back but really responsive when we need something. Other shared spaces include the Kitchen, Living room, and porch. Off-street parking is available but there is also really convenient street parking.

This location is near the Train station, Bus stop, grocery stores, and downtown Manayunk (All within walking distance). The neighborhood is quiet and safe with garbage disposal, central air, and heating included. Renters are responsible for Electric, Internet, and Water (split between roommates around 100 per person).

Hey, I’m Rishi. I’m a Jefferson University (East Falls) pre-med student. I live with 2 other roommates (Joe and Liam) and am looking for a third!

Joe is also a Jefferson University (East Falls) pre-med student (New Grad) and Liam is a post-grad from Stevens with a Com Sci degree. He is working a full-time job with a hybrid schedule meaning he may work from home certain days of the week. We are all pretty open-minded and come from diverse backgrounds (Korean/Indian/Irish/American-around 21-24 yrs old).

Some of the roomies are more introverted while others enjoy going out more but we all get along pretty well. For the most part, we just do our own thing and come downstairs to hang out when we’re up for it (or go out together). Hobbies of roommates include cooking, gaming, board games, reading, anime, mixology, bar-hopping, traveling, and music.

We’re looking for someone who is respectful of others and isn’t too noisy. We would prefer someone with a similar age range (around the early to mid-twenties) who regularly cleans up after themselves in shared spaces and is just generally mindful. The ideal lease length is at least 1 year and we are looking for someone to move in towards the end of July or early august
