The place is a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Im looking for 2 roommates one to fill the basement room and one to fill the upstairs room. All the shared spaces are on the main floor except for the laundry which is in the basement. For parking we have 2 spaces in the driveway so we alternate who has to park on the street.
