We are looking for an awesome roommate to fill one of the large bedrooms in a shared 4br/2.5bath house from now until end of May 2024. This house is beautiful, has a ton of space, and is located just 5 mins from Belmar Park, 20 mins to downtown Denver, and 15mins from Red Rocks. Whole Foods, Target, and Century 16 are less than 5 mins away.

The Bedroom: large size bedroom with amazing morning light. Can be furnished for an extra fee. This room has a ton of storage with 2 closets and built-in drawers. Use of the multiple common areas, kitchen, shared bathrooms, and laundry included. Rent is $950/month plus shared utilities.

The perks of the house include a sunroom, covered patio w/ dining set, dishwasher, air fryer, induction stove w/ a convection oven, washer/dryer, covered front porch with a bistro set, and a space for a garden.

Must be employed and show proof of income. Please be proactive, clean, responsible, respectful, and able to communicate. No alcoholics, smokers, or drug users. Must love dogs. No additional pets.

About me: early 40s, I love plants, gardening, hiking, movie nights, reading, yoga, DIY projects, and arts & crafts. I have 2 sweet pups and I love to travel, camp, kayak, and like to share healthy meals with friends. Unfortunately, the pups are NOT pet friendly, so NO additional pets are allowed. I work from home full-time, but I travel with the dogs for part of each week. Prefer additional roommates to work outside of the house.

The two other roommates (20’s M/F) are busy professionals who aren’t home much.

I have severe allergies and cannot tolerate air fresheners, perfumes, colognes, scented candles, scented detergents, and chemical cleaning products. Must be ok living without these, my lungs will thank you.
