About the room
Share this recently renovated rowhome an easy bike ride to the Homewood campus of Johns Hopkins University. Whitridge Avenue is a peaceful, tree-lined residential block in a diverse and safe neighborhood.
The largest room in the house will be available on November 1 for $1000/m. It has a full sized bed, two dressers, mirror, closet and two windows for lots of natural light.
There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub) which is shared with the occupants of the rear and middle bedrooms, currently male.
The first floor has a living room and new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with cookware, plates, silverware, etc. for your use. The basement has a family room and the shared washer and dryer. You can use the front porch, back deck and yard as well. All utilities, water and Wi-Fi are included.
About the roomies
There are three male grad students and one female undergraduate student currently living in the property. I do not live there.
