I have a two bedroom two bath apartment with a split floor plan. I’m on the 3rd -top- floor (stairs no elevator) Looking to rent my second room December 1st. Renter must: be clean, have a steady job, kid friendly, (my son comes every other week) pet friendly, (I have parakeets) and no drama. We have a really nice pool area and a great gym with up to date equipment. Walk 1 block to get to Publix, Walgreens, Pizza Time and McDonalds. Full use of everything in kitchen.
