Home is a few miles from cal state san marcos & palomar college! -grocery store & food places across the street! -sprinter train station which takes you to cal state san marcos (just one stop away)! -pool in the neighborhood

roomates would be 2 males. 1 goes to csusm & other works full time. both are in their 20s. girls or guys welcome! as long as u have no problem living with 2 males! No pets! sorry.

Looking for a male college student to fill this room! I’ve already got 1 guy who go to csusm, so i think that would work best if its a guy in house also. but if a girl wants room, i am totally open and boys wont mind either.

-utilities are not included in the rent price, but are usually under 100$ for each person (split 4 ways)!
