My current housemate has lived here for the past 5 years, but she is moving out in 1 month and I am looking for someone to take her spot.

This private room with private bathroom is in an excellent 2B2B condo in the best location possible in Irvine! Centrally located in the OC, it sits within the city of Irvine and is adjacent to UCI (3 minute drive), and is a 10 minute drive to Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Santa Ana. It is right next John Wayne Airport (SNA) It is near all the best and exciting places in the OC (Diamond Jamboree, UTC, The District, etc., you name it). You will never be hungry with all the amazing hole in the wall food places nearby and close proximity to South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, and Fashion Island.

Hi! My name is Crystal and I am a 2020 graduate of UC Berkeley (major: Data Science and Economics). I am 27 years old and currently work as a Data Analyst in a healthcare company in San Juan Capistrano. I love my work and what I do, and expect to work at the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days.

In my free time, I like to go on walks/hikes, especially on the beach, and read or play some video games. I love to get food with my friends and explore the OC with them. I know that my picture has a dog, but that is a family dog and he does not currently live with me haha, so you don’t need to worry about that.

I am a very considerate person and am careful to not make too much noise at home. I am equally social and someone who needs recharge time at home, so if you either want a roomie buddy or are someone who is a little bit more quiet and would prefer to do your own thing at home, just know that I would easily get along with either type of person! I am somewhat of a night owl, but again, I am very careful to not make any noise after a certain time, and since our rooms are apart from each other, it shouldn’t be too big of a deal. I rarely have guests over.

If you ever have any problems or anything you’d like to talk about, I am a big believer in open communication and will definitely work with you to figure out any solutions to any problems we might encounter. My current housemate is amazing and is currently moving out to live in her own space / house. Please let me know if you’re interested in the place!
