I’m currently looking for one person to rent a room to. I am located in a quiet part of the city. You have double street parking. I have a clean and peaceful environment, so I am looking for someone who lives similarly. Utilities, security, and WiFi are all included. I also have a washer and dryer. I am looking for a responsible, honest, and respectful roommate. Please no requests for animals. The room will be available for move in now.
Requirements: 3 months of proof income, a copy of your I.D., a letter from your landlord (or previous) stating you are in good standing, $800 security deposit, and $800 for first months rent. I am also looking for a 6 month minimum for the lease. I initially screen people over the phone and then will allow you to tour.
It would be just me. & I’m very laid back and keep a clean, peaceful home. There are no other roommates.
