I’m a young gay male in palm coast looking too rent out a room, my grandma recently passed away and I want too keep the house, but having a roommate would make it so much easier considering I’m 19. Younger females preferred (they’re cleaner) but if ur a male that’s pretty clean i can also consider. Renting out a master bedroom for 1,000 a month with ur own bathroom and walk in closet, ur allowed too renovate ur room however u choose.
