Amanda's room

I have a furnished or unfurnished bedroom and bathroom for rent (twin bed only). All utilities included - power, water, trash & internet (no cable). Shared areas include living area, laundry room, kitchen, AZ room, pool and library & office suite. Must love animals, will consider allowing additional dogs but no cats or reptiles. Would love to find someone that is willing to watch dogs when I travel and if you have pets I would watch them.

I work full-time outside the home. I have 3 medium dogs all pretty laid back. Two pit mixes 65 pounds each and one terrier mix 50 pounds. We would need to introduce any dogs before hand. They get along with all sizes last roommate was a chihuahua. We get up at 330/4 and go for a walk and usually go to bed between 7-8pm.
