Rachael's room

The apartment is a bottom unit of a house right in the heart of university district! It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 showers, with a shared living space and kitchen. The unit is a 10 minute walk from University of Washington and the U-Village shopping mall so we are very student friendly :) the neighborhood is mainly students and families. We also have a backyard which is a plus! For how parking goes, we have one driveway that we share with the upstairs tenants but they don’t have a car so we are able to use it. But we make sure to let them use it whenever they happen to need it! There is also street parking which is usually very easy to find a spot close to the house which is nice.

My roommate Jenna and I are longtime friends from Highschool and we moved up here around this time last year :) we both are very out going and love to have fun! We are hoping to find 2 people who are open minded and and are roughly around our age (20s). There will be animals in the house, Jenna has a dog and will be moving in her cat as well once the new lease starts, and I myself have a little hamster. We are definitely wanting roommates that don’t mind cleaning up and helping around the house given that we all will live there and it’s only courtesy to treat the space we all live in well :)
