Jared's room

The area I am listing is the junior master bedroom with a modest walk-in closet. It has a full bathroom and 2 storage areas, one shelves and the other under the stairs. Has access to a full wet-bar which could be used as a kitchen if you use a microwave and electric cooker. Wet bar has dishwasher and mini fridge, but a full fridge could be put next to it if desired. Open basement space available as well. The garage has a 50 amp circuit for an electric car if the renter has one as well.
