Andre's room

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.

One room, (10ft x 10ft) sharing the bathroom with two others:

$870ish a month, not including utilities. Utilities are going to be around $50 per person.

I am at the end of my lease at the moment, and plan on renewing it. I am still waiting for new prices to come through, but the rent should be around 870!

You will have access to a kitchen, living room, and a nice backyard. We have a garage that will be used for extra storage and will have our washer and dryer located in it. There is enough room for 3 cars to fit in the driveway and one right in front of the house on the street.

Two college men and one full time working man, we are in our early 20s and are going to be busy between school, homework, and work. We are respectful, quiet, clean, and friendly. I personally have a cat. He is a 6-year-old, all-black. He is shy with new people, but he will warm up to anyone.
