Salman's room

Update: One room available. Looking for a female roommate since the bathroom will be shared with another female.

We are looking to fill 2 of our rooms in a 3B/2BA house in Canoga Park. It would be $1050/mo (utilities included). We’re looking for 2 tenants, preferably young professionals or students, so there would be a total of 4 people in the house and 2 dogs.

We would be using the master bedroom/bathroom. You would be getting a private bedroom and a shared bathroom, along with full access to all common areas including new kitchen, living room, back yard, laundry, etc. The bedroom and bathroom are unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.

A little about us: we are a young, respectful 30 year old couple who both work from home in tech. Some of our hobbies include camping, playing chess, watching anime, traveling, and snowboarding. Recently, we’ve been focusing a lot on learning how to cook. Since we are home a lot, we’d love roommates whom we can get along with well. At the same time, we’re pretty easy going so if you are more reserved and would like more privacy and space, we’d ok with that too! We can adapt to your social level/preferences!

About the dogs: we have an 11.5 year old puli and 1.5 year old mix in the house. They are very sweet and LOVE being petted, play, and cuddles. Forewarning: They will bark and get excited when they hear people at the front door. Wanted to mention this in case you’re not too much of a dog person.
