EVERYTHING INCLUDED: Utilities (Electric, Gas, Trash, Sewer), Wifi/Internet, Mounted Television, Chromecast for Streaming, and even a monthly cleaning service!
Super close to dozens of restaurants, breweries/wineries, Jiffy Lube Live concert venue, and more! Literally steps off of Route 15, 66, and commuter bus lot; So, access to work or fun is very convenient!
About the roomies
Live in landlord occupies top two floors of townhome above you. She is a 38 year old friendly professional. Very quiet and respectful. The only other occupant is a sweet golden retriever named Bennett. He will not have access to your space.
