(FEMALE ONLY!!! PLEEEAAASE) Beautiful large room 4 rent…house is a Three level home and the room is on the second level where the kitchen, bathroom, dining room and half bath is located. You will have your own full bathroom which is located on third level But there’s a half bathroom outside of your room for late night emergencies… lol
About the roomies
We’re very nice people who get along well with anyone who crosses our path. We have a family of 4 here which includes a 6 yr old & a 12 yrs old, Myself and My Daughter.
We like to smoke hookah occasionally and we like to cook and have taco Tuesday sometimes.
I don’t mind if u have a child that you hv to bring with you.
Who ever rents the room it’s mandatory that you split the electric bill between 3 of Us!… other utilities are paid by Me.
If you’re a cigarette or ? Smoker please smoke on patio
The room has a beautiful nice size patio that can be furnished and it’s over looking the street so your welcome to hang blinds for your own privacy.
