A room is opening up soon, starting July, in my apartment in Mill Valley / Tam Junction area.

I’m looking for a female roommate for my 2B/1bd apartment. Please read for all the details:

• Rent is $1400+ WiFi/PG&E (between $80 in summer - $200 in winter).
• The apartment is located in a quiet and relaxing area in Tam Junction (Mill Valley) close to great hikes and a short walk to Good Earth, Equator Coffee and other new fun establishments in the area.
• Available & safe parking in the complex, pool, in-unit laundry.
• The apartment is quaint with one shared bathroom.
• New floors installed in November 2022.
• The available room is about 11x10 with a large spacious closet and a large window. Unfurnished.
• The room has a new carpet, installed in November and new paint.
• The apartment comes with smaller size kitchen, so not exactly ready for a Top Chef.
• Limited storage space, but I have extra space for a bike and some camping gear if needed.
• The apartment is ideally located close to 101 exit and only few minutes to San Francisco, perfect for someone who commutes and doesn’t want to deal with traffic on the way home! 10 minute walk to bus stop and Marin Airporter!

Sorry: No couples. No pets. No smoking inside.

I’m looking for a female roommate for my 2B/1bd apartment. Please read for all the details: I am in my early 40s, introverted and a creative individual. I mainly work from home, so someone who works outside of the house during weekdays, M-F. I work in creative marketing and as a photographer, which keeps me very busy and working a lot. In my free time I enjoy hiking, nature and roadtripping.

I have lived here for 13+ years and love the area and location. I live with 2 year old short haired Service Dog, so you must be comfortable with dogs and most importantly must love dogs! No other animals are allowed or would fit, sorry!

I’m looking for a responsible and easy going female roommate in similar age range who pays rent on time and has a stable job + good references. Huge emphasis on cleanliness! My ideal roommate is someone who can help foster a clean, cozy and comfortable living space.
