It’s a single family home with a nice living room area, kitchen/dining area, bedroom with full size bed and streaming TV access, bathroom, washer and dryer area, enclosed front porch with a sofa and a small office table and chair, and back patio with table and chairs and a grill.

I’m a 57 year old male who works full time, 2nd shift. I’m clean, quiet and respectful of others. It’s just me currently living at the house and seeking someone for the 2nd private bedroom. All other areas are shared common spaces with the expectation to keep the place clean and a quiet environment to enjoy. No pets are allowed and would prefer a non-smoker.
