The total rent for the apartment is 1655 with water and trash included in the rent. Safeway, Supercuts, Chase Bank, and many other stores along with 2 Bus Stops with major bus connectivity to CU Campus are at a 2-minute walking distance. There’s also a BCycle bike station at 5-minute walking distance. There’s the Elmer’s Park behind the complex which is a great park for your pets as well!

Regarding the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with Induction Stove top, two ovens, 1 microwave, dishwasher, and even an ice-maker. The laundry service is in the apartment building (not in the unit) and can be used anytime. There’s plenty of storage cabinets in the entire unit. Two balconies overlooking the Flatirons. The room which is available has 2 closets with good storage space.

Hi! I’m Darsh! I recently graduated from CU in May and will be working while living in Boulder. My roommates are moving to different states and hence there’s an empty room that I am looking fill-in with an amazing person!

I have a deep passion for cooking and find joy in experimenting with various cuisines from around the world. Exploring different recipes and honing my culinary skills is an exciting journey for me. Additionally, I have a love for travel, which allows me to discover new places and experience diverse cultures.

Maintaining cleanliness is important to me, especially in common areas like the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. I take pride in ensuring these spaces are always kept neat and tidy. Although my personal space may occasionally become a bit cluttered, I make it a point to promptly organize and clean up, so as not to leave any mess for an extended period.

Furthermore, I have a great affinity for animals and am skilled at caring for pets. Spending time with them brings me immense joy and fulfillment. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoy engaging in lighthearted conversations, as they often lead to moments of laughter and amusement.

I prioritize a smoke-free living environment and would prefer to live with individuals who also do not smoke. It’s important to me to maintain a clean and fresh atmosphere in the place I call home.

While I do indulge in the occasional drink during social gatherings, I want to emphasize that I am mindful of responsible consumption. It’s always fun to celebrate and enjoy the company of friends, but I believe in doing so in moderation and with respect for others’ boundaries.

When it comes to food, I have no dietary restrictions and am open to exploring various cuisines and flavors. I find joy in trying new dishes and sharing culinary experiences with others.
