First floor condo on quiet cul de sac. Private Room with two large windows with beautiful, relaxing views of golf course and pond. Golf Course is great for walking in the evenings!. King size bed, Desk and chest of drawers. A lamp and good sized closet. En suite bath with tub/shower and vanity area and a linen closet. Bedroom door locks with key.

Minutes to shopping, 5th ave dining and beaches.

I have a full life and when I come home, it is my peaceful, happy place. My home is spacious and open, with a great view of the golf course. When at home, I like my quiet time. I choose music over television and work from home on conference calls a few days a week, so I prefer someone who works/plays out of the home during the day, ( and can enter a space quietly). I am away about ten days a month. You will have privacy. I appreciate same.
