Seeking roommate for July move in. Private bathroom and master bedroom available. Apartment features include: walk-in closet, wraparound patio, unfurnished bedroom, laundry on site, spacious living area, tennis court and pool, large TV with Fire stick, Hardberger Park and H‑E‑B nearby.

Monthly fees for each person: $34 amenities fee, drainage and service $4, water and sewer $16, CPS electricity which is about $30-$60 monthly. Internet is included. Insurance is required by mgmt and is $15. Monthly total average is around $830/person.

Flexible to sign 6-12 month lease thru mid June 2024. The 6-11 month lease would be a bit more monthly. Application process: Background check and proof of income (3 times the rent) required. $50 application fee. Security deposit may vary based on application, at apartment’s discretion.

Pets are okay. All genders and couples welcome. 420 on the private, wraparound patio.

Must be able to apply and sign lease quickly.
