About the room

Large, fully furnished room available in a Washington, D.C. house located about nine blocks from Catholic University and the Brookland-CUA Metro station. There is also a bus stop two blocks away with easy access to the Metro. The room is spacious, fully furnished, and includes two very large closets. Rent is $1,500 per month, with all utilities included, including strong, fast Wi-Fi. A $1,500 security deposit is required. The house features a gourmet kitchen with refrigerator/freezer space and cabinet storage available, washer and dryer in the basement, comfortable shared living spaces, and two bathrooms. The bathroom is shared, but there are two bathrooms in the house for convenience. A friendly, well-trained German Shepherd also lives in the home, so the renter should be comfortable with dogs. No additional pets are preferred, but this may be negotiable. This is a quiet, clean, respectful household, and I am looking for someone who is also quiet, clean, and respectful. No smoking, please. The room will be available the second week of August. Street parking is available. A lease of six months or longer is preferred, but the lease length is negotiable.
