The location is walking distance to the DC metro system, and the DC line is only about 10-15 minutes driving. There is grocery/liquor store/ gas/ etc all in walking distance or just outside of. The unit has its own washer/dryer. Also included in rent is parking, access year round to a gym and community center, and access to a pool and tennis courts. The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. It is a great and safe neighborhood and community and there are walking/running trails all over.
