• 120-square-foot room with freshly painted walls, a closet, a large window, and a new ceiling fan

• Very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood in Denton
• 6-minute drive to TWU, 11-minute drive to UNT
• 8-minute drive to the square

The space:

• 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom single-family house
• 1,500 square feet
• We moved in last week and are actively working on renovations
• Completely furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen
• Dryer, washer, and garage for extra storage
• Driveway and street parking available
• All utilities are split 4 ways (gas, water/sewer, high-speed internet, and garbage)
• Security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure spot. First month’s rent due on move-in
• One-person occupancy per room
• Applicant must be a non-smoker
• We are going to have one sweet black lab staying with us (see picture 😊) and are open to other small pets but not cats due to allergies

Who we are:

• We just graduated from UNT in May and are both in our professional post-grad jobs
• We like to go on walks around the neighborhood, study at Jupiter House and Aura Coffee, and cook
• We get along great and are very clean and tidy!
