Renting an unfurnished room in my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in prime Wayland Square. One block away from Whole Foods.

Females only, sorry.

The room is spacious and bright with lots of windows and a window seat. Lots of storage with two closets and additional storage under the window seat.

There is nice separation between my room and rest of house since it is in an addition above the garage. The apartment’s common areas are completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is shared only for the shower as I have my own half bath. There is a free washer and dryer dedicated to our unit in the basement.

Giving a considerable discounted rent (negotiable) in exchange for someone who would be able and willing to take care of my cats while I travel for extended periods of time. They are fed fresh food twice a day (spoiled, I know lol) so they would need to be able to keep a semi-regular morning/evening feeding schedule. Also, willing to help with the litter box only while I’m gone. So looking for someone who has experience, loves cats, and would give them love/cuddles while I’m gone (: (as reflected by the monthly rent)

There is also a covered balcony off my room you would be welcome to use while I’m gone.

Open to short-term (3+ months) or long-term (1 year). Brown students welcome.

Looking for someone who is either a full-time student or employed full-time. Who enjoys keeping a clean and healthy home environment. Preferably, only has significant others stay the night once a week on weekdays (don’t mind weekends). Not into a party lifestyle, but don’t mind if you host small get togethers/dinners with some notice. Basically just consideration and open communication :) Otherwise, happy to hang occasionally or keep to ourselves.

I am 29 year old creative professional who relocated from NYC a year ago. I work from home full-time, but am intending to travel.
