We will be on the third floor, and there is no elevator so be prepared for that. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, and we will have a sunroom. I will be paying more of the rent and taking over the larger bedroom. The property has a gym, has a pool open year-round, and is a very large apartment complex with greenery and first come first serve parking. Close to Walmart and Sam’s Club, on the West Side of town. Water, internet, and electricity will not be included in the rent. Will have a washer and dryer in the unit shortly after moving in. The bedroom will not be furnished, but I’ll have a good portion of shared room furniture when moving in.

I am mostly a homebody, but I consider myself pretty sociable. I might ask if you want to order pizza and watch something on Hulu as an example. I am not a partier, so I’d prefer someone that isn’t into that lifestyle. I don’t smoke, and I don’t mind if you do as long as it’s not in the apartment. I have a dog who is skittish to strangers but is a sweetheart once he gets to know you. Unfortunately, he can be hit or miss with other dogs, and the complex has a very long list of “restricted breeds”. I’ll consider it if you have a dog, but it’s a huge maybe. No cats, as I’m allergic, and no other kinds of pets as I have no idea how my dog would do with them.
