A split level home with 4 beds 2 baths. There are 2 beds and 1 bath on each floor. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc. There is a decent sized backyard with a garage and a shed with plenty of storage. Close to CSU campus, city park, old town and plenty of restaurants.
My name is Amy and my roomies and I are looking for someone to rent a room we have available on the first floor. You would be sharing the bathroom with me. There are also two bedrooms downstairs in the basement that are currently occupied by Iris, a non-binary mechanical engineering major at CSU and their friend Johnathan, a full time mover. They are both very friendly and nice and we all like to hang out in the upstairs living room (there is also one downstairs, but we are still trying to figure out what to do with the space) and watch tv together or go for hikes and adventures.
