Lovely two story townhome in Waimanalo to share with a room for rent. I am a laid back, work from home, life coach and real estate investment coach. I spend my days writing, reading, coaching, beaching, swimming and gathering with fabulous friends and community.

Your room is fully furnished with an AC, queen sized curve mattress, desk, dresser, large closet and a mountain view.

My kitchen has corian countertops, a juicer, vitamix and everything you could possibly ask for in a kitchen. If we both pitch in an hour a week and cleaning this home will be cosy and well kept.

Utilities and wifi (except electricity) are included. Electric runs about $100/ea (up to $150 with more AC use). Natural island breezes have me keep the windows and doors open most of the year.

This is a family friendly, clean HOA kept neighborhood with lovely lawns and a giant monkeypod tree outside the back door.

The home includes two outdoor spaces downstairs and upstairs furnished with hammock, grill, and comfy outdoor furniture; two living rooms (one largely empty for yoga, dancing and exercise). There is room for gardening so bring your green thumb! I’ve had beets, black kale, parsley, tomatoes and arugula from the last harvest.

Waimanalo truly is the best of country living. Laid back, quiet and fun with only 25 mins drive to Chinatown and Hawaii Kai. I have occasional movies nights but hardly watch any TV. When I do there is a projector and a drop down screen in the living room! I prefer quiet evenings listening to light jazz and cooking up wonderful organic delights in my kitchen. Aloha! I’m a professional real estate inveatment and business coach. I work from home out of my office which is in the 3rd bedroom.

I am laid back and focused on work/life balance, getting good rest, self care, nourishing food, enough beach time and surises!

I am sometimes a social butterfly after having had enough quiet time.

I love sharing the occasional meal and a good conversation about something meantingful.

I also love to curl up with a good book and some light jazz in the evening. You’ll rarely see me in front of the tv unless I’ve planned a movie night with some girlfriends (or a roomie).

I definitely like a quiet, harmonious and peaceful home space with a good communicator who’s capable of speaking their needs and enjoys connection as well as solitary time.

For fun I play the harp, write novels, host solstice bonfies, clothing swaps and vision board parties.
