East Fern Avenue

This is the master bedroom in a 2b2b apartment at Fernwood starting on June 1st. The lease is for a year and I am looking for people to join in June or July. The apartment is just 1.7 miles (5 minutes) away from Esri and the University. It is around 15 mins away from LLU. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment complex also offers additional facilities such as a pool, tennis court, and a small gym. Moreover, it is a safe, gated community within walking distance of Downtown Redlands. There will also be an assigned garage parking spot available. The room is approximately 12x16 in size. The rent includes water and trash. Other utilities such as electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi will be divided between us. Let me know if you have any questions!

I would be living in the other bedroom. I work at Esri as a Software Developer and am at the office around 3-4 days a week. I love to cook and paint. and I’m always up for socializing and going out. When it comes to living with someone, I value hygiene, cleanliness, and respecting personal boundaries.
