About the room
Hello, I own and live in a brand new home in Riverview with my mother and nephew.
We are located in the Ventana neighborhood near Gibsonton Drive, US 301, Boyette Road and Symmes Road.
We have a room available. It’s an upstairs bedroom with a shared bath. Everything is included in the price. Smart home with many safety features. We are looking for a mature male or female, someone my mother who is 63 would be comfortable with.
Room is fully furnished! Also, there is a beautiful community pool here, you would be able to have access to that as well. We hardly ever use it but you can anytime!
About the roomies

We all work with different schedules. Usually at least one of us is in the home. We are pretty easy going and looking for someone who is clean and considerate. Also, we really would prefer a person who only requires minimal access to the kitchen, at least until my mother became comfortable with you. There will be access to our laundry room. We understand this might not be a good fit for everyone but I need to ensure that my mother is comfortable as this would be our first roomie. Hoping to find somebody who is really just looking for a room for themselves who requires minimum interaction.
