Hi! Looking for a female roommate in her mid-late 20s/early 30s to share a wonderful Southpark townhome with me. Lease would start July 1 and rent is $1000/month, no utilities included but split amongst the 2 of us. The neighborhood is gated and includes both a gym and pool, connects to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, and also has food trucks that come to the neighborhood on a semi-regular basis along with events. The townhome is 3 bed/2.5 bath, and you’d have your own bathroom. The 3rd is a shared office/exercise room. There’s a one car garage that would be your parking space.

I’m a day-shift nurse that works at Levine Cancer Institute that likes to exercise, read, and get out and about in the city. I also like to travel, would consider myself a social butterfly, and tend to be an early bird versus a night owl. I am open to a new friend as well as a roommate, and grew up close to Charlotte in SC so I’m a local kid. Message me if interested!
