My brother (32 yo) and I (29 yo) are looking for one, preferably two roommates to join our 4b/2.5br townhouse in Manayunk for a one year lease starting in 01Aug2023. It has been four of us here for three years or so, and we really enjoy the place. One of our current roommates is interested in purchasing a home, and the other roommate will go along with him when he decides to purchase. So we are looking to fill these two spots. We currently pay $2200 a month + utilities. This breaks down to the following per roommate (not counting utilities): Roommate 1 - $525, Roommate 2 - $525, Roommate 3 - $525, Roommate 4 - $625. The extra $100 for Roommate 4 is because there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, so we all agreed to this payment structure. The master bedroom and one regular sized bedroom (included in pictures) are the ones that will be available. The unit has three parking spaces behind the house and ample street parking out in front, so no need to worry about parking. There is a train station a mere five minute walk away. The unit has a garage, a laundry room, and a deck. There is an exercise bike in the garage. My brother and I are neat and mostly keep to ourselves, and we would love to develop a friendship with our roommates. We both work full-time and are therefore gone for most of the weekdays.
