About me: I work in Information Technology. I am very easy going, and can get along with anyone who is a reasonable person. I don’t do drugs, non-drinker. I mostly stay in my room. From our parking lot there are miles of beautiful bicycling, walking, or jogging nature trails for us to use.

The rent is reasonable (for very safe Folsom) at 1,075.50 + 1/2 utilities. It’s about $500 less than the market rate for new tenants because I have been here in good standing for over 4 years.

You won’t hear the neighbors, they are very quiet. Folsom is a largely educated city, and the prices (excepting our relatively cheap rent) exclude criminal elements, thus Folsom is very safe.
