About the room
Hi, I’m John. I’m a 36 year old that works remotely in marketing. I moved to McCall in January for ski season and now I’m looking for a roommate or couple that would like to share the space I’m in as the rent increases. It’s a fully furnished 3 bed / 2 bath condo that includes access to a gym and pool / hot tub area in addition to tennis courts and outdoor pools. It’s a half mile from Ponderosa state park. The room for rent is a master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a third bedroom upstairs with 4 bunk beds and a lay out couch so guests would be welcome from time to time. I’m out of town one or two weekends a months and looking for a person / people that would like to live in a cool spot and enjoy the mountains for at least the summer and potentially next ski season too.

About the roomies
It’s just me in a well located condo with some perks. Pets are allowed as long as the housing situation works for them
