Emiliana's room

This is your own room and private bathroom in a one-story home. The bedroom is 13.5 feet by 12 feet. It is unfurnished. The great room is communal and you will have 1/3 of the kitchen space. You will have your own parking space in the driveway and the ability to store extra things in the garage. There is a lovely backyard. This is a very safe, family-oriented neighborhood 15 minutes away from downtown Asheville and 10 minutes away from downtown Weaverville. You are responsible for monthly rent and 1/3 of the utilities. The current occupant is moving out sometime in June. If you need to move in before July 1, we can work with you.

We are two women who are getting our Doctorate degrees in Chinese Medicine. Emiliana lives here full-time and Kelsey lives here 4 days a week. During the week, we are both in classes and serving at the student clinic. We occupy the two smaller rooms in the house and share a bathroom. We don’t smoke and have no time for parties or drama. We really like our lives, we’re just in the midst of doctoral work intensity! We are clean, kind, and respectful. Both of us are friendly but not intrusive. This is a great home if you love privacy and peace. We don’t own a tv. We ask that our new roommate is a non-smoker, respectful, and helps keep the common areas tidy. Emiliana has one cat who keeps to herself. If you have a pet, we’ll see if it’s a good fit. The cat gets along better with well-trained dogs than with other cats.
