Grace's room

We have a fully furnished living room in a 3 bedroom apartment in a cute apartment complex. This is a private room, which you will share the common area, kitchen and bathroom with one other roommate. It has a bunch of amenities an inside pool, hot tub and outside pool area, along side a gym as well.

Hi my name is Grace! I live with two other roommates who are in there early and mid 20’s. I’m looking for someone to rent my room as soon as June or July as I want to move closer to my job. We keep a nice clean common area as well as the kitchen. We are quiet and don’t cause disturbance of each others space. We are all friendly and work different sceduales so usually we pass each other as one is leaving.
