Alan's room

It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in the Pacific Beach/Crown Point area. Has plenty of street parking but the house also has a driveway. The house is about .30 mile to mission/sail bay and 1 mile from the beach. Approximately 11’ x 11’ room. The house has in-unit washer/dryer.

I work at as a planner/estimator. Really enjoy living by the bay and taking walks/jogs around the bay. I’m a big sports fan, football being my favorite by far. We’ll have Sunday ticket this upcoming fall. Love to golf, watch movies, working out, and grab a bite to eat/drink. But also enjoy some “me” time as well. I’m very respectful of my roommates and pretty laid back.
