East College Avenue

One of the best cost/quality options available at State College, PA. The area where it’s located is very close to campus and most of the classes are within the walking distance. It is a moderately quiet student occupied area with everything near it (restaurants, bars, stores, smoke shops, bubble teas and etc.)

Currently only resident is my close friend Ian. He is a junior at Penn State majoring in chemical engineering. Very nice and outgoing person. Not too loud and keeps his room neat and clean. Enjoys parties and knows a lot of hidden gems. Contact me for more information or if you wish to talk to him.
