New 4 bedroom house in Lagos community in Manor off 290. Its a nice community with a walking trail and a pond. Only 20 minutes to downtown Austin and convenient to Tesla and Samsung. Plenty of stores and restaurants, gyms, carwash etc., nearby.

Looking to rent ONE large (224sqft) upstairs bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet to ONE individual. Room is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, desk/bookshelf and 50 inch Smart TV. Large windows with blackout drapes. If you prefer your own furnishings, we can move some things out for you. New ceiling fan with remote. Utilities and WIFI included.

Shared spaces include the laundry room, kitchen, dining room, downstairs living room and upstairs game room. We have a large backyard.

Owner occupied by working professional couple in mid 40s and 2 Spynx cats and an Italian greyhound. Tenant should like pets since they will be our roomies too, but they do not need to go in your private room and none of them shed.

We are only renting out one room so its ideal for someone who likes the quiet and privacy more than the crowded shared rentals with multiple roommates.

Looking for a minimum 6-month lease with month to month after that. Background checks limited to violent crimes.
