Corner lot nice upgraded house close to shopping beaches and food. It’s been Atlee located in Southeast Port St. Lucie. Nearby amenities include shopping mall, grocery stores, convenient stores, and banking. All sorts of fast food or also nearby 5 to 10 minute drive away from the beach. Person must be responsible and trust worthy also must be neat and keep their stuff picked up and looking respectable at all times I have a brand new kitchen a brand new roof on the house and a nice looking yard candidates also must have their own transportation or means to get back-and-forth to work grocery stores and whatever else they may need basically they need to be self-sufficient.
