Each room is furnished and is in excellent condition with hardwood floors and features quality furniture, which includes: a queen bed, a dresser, bookcases, a computer desk with lamp, an office chair, area rugs, mini blinds, window curtains, a window air conditioner, and even its HDTV!
The common areas include a furnished living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, front porch, and back porch.
The kitchen has two refrigerators, so there’s plenty of room for everyone’s food! In addition, there’s a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, wall cabinets, and extra shelving for storage. The dining room, as well as the living room, is furnished and provides a comfortable atmosphere.
The back porch is a brand-new back deck with chairs and tables, and an enclosed front patio with tables and chairs overlooking Powder House Park.
This apartment has a washing machine, dryer, and storage area in the cellar.
The house is located within a 9-minute walk to the Red Line in Davis Square; a 4-minute walk to the Green Line in Ball Square; a one-minute walk to the #89 Bus Stop, which goes to the Orange Line at Sullivan Square, and from there it’s only a few minutes to the Financial District, Downtown Crossing, Chinatown & Tufts New England Medical Center. Tufts University is very close, and three of the four housemates now are at Tufts in graduate and Ph.D. programs.
It’s on-street, with permit parking. The rent is unheated. The utility cost will be divided evenly. Utilities will include gas heat, hot water, electricity, wifi, etc.
