I live in a 2 floor, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house with closed garage, open ground floor, huge kitchen, hot tub, private dock shared with 4 other houses, front and back yard. Full rent is $3000, with no utilities included but and I am looking to split 50/50
About the roomies
I am a 23year old male from Coeur d’Alene, ID. I am in the navy and I moved here in January of this year. I love Kayaking on the lake, hiking, or playing PC Games in my free time. I do not have another roommate, and would love to get someone to help cover the cost of rent.
