Great 2 bdrm house in nice neighborhood in southeast Oly near Madison Scenic Park. The owner is currently finishing renovations to kitchen and living. Some quirky features like a loft in the living room that could be used for an office or guest space. Bedrooms are separated by living area and each has its own private bathroom. Great views from the decks, Large yard and garden areas. W/D on site. Close to downtown Oly, easy access to I-5. Total house rents for 2400/month, we split that.

Mature female, healthcare professional, laid back attitude, I get along with most people. I enjoy gardening and nature. I have 2 small friendly dogs who go to doggy daycare when I’m at work. I’m an introvert but enjoy company as well. No real house rules, just be considerate. And fit enough to help maintain the large yard! I have a mower and most other lawn tools. I can furnish the whole house (bring your own mattress) or you can bring your furniture. Seeking a single adult only, no couples or children please. If we might be a good fit, the owner will require credit check, background check etc.
