Beautiful room for rent in a gated community on the beach! Private 12x10 ft bedroom for rent in a two bedroom condo with a shared bathroom. There is a washer and dryer inside of the unit with vaulted ceilings and has brand new flooring. The condo has club house with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and pool/ ping pong tables. A view of the pier and beach from the living room and patio. The complex has a gate directly leading to the beach. I am looking for professional, clean, and respectful applicants.

I live alone with my 12 year old yorkie who sleeps most of the time. I love the ocean and decided to rent out my second bedroom so that I can buy a sailboat. I work a lot and am usually on the water when I’m not.
